Job Description:
At Primo Brands Inc., a leader in consumer goods production, we
are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Planner to join our
dynamic Engineering & Maintenance team. This position plays a
crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of
our food and beverage processing facilities. The Plant Maintenance
Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and
coordinating all maintenance activities to optimize our
manufacturing processes, ensuring top product quality and safety.
Develop and implement maintenance planning and scheduling
strategies. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to
minimize downtime and improve productivity. Manage and update the
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Prepare,
schedule, and oversee regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and
operational policies. Analyze maintenance data to recommend
improvements and cost-saving strategies. Strong organizational and
planning skills Proficiency in CMMS and MS Office Excellent
communication and coordination abilities Capability to analyze data
and provide insights Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
standards in food and beverage processing Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
