Job Description PrideStaff has a great part time Customer
Service Representative in San Marcos, CA . The CSR plays a key role
by performing a variety of essential customer service-related
duties. He/she delivers excellent customer service to the clients
and maintains an efficient office environment through
professionalism and clear communication. Duties and
Responsibilities Open office and prepare computers and phones for
daily activities. Maintain and update service schedule and dispatch
jobs appropriately. Keep techs and clients properly informed and
notifying them of any changes Answer phones warmly, professionally
and promptly; distribute messages appropriately Follow scripting
and adjust to customers situation Attempt to persuade customer to
reconsider cancellation Inform customer of deals and promotions
Sell products and services Act as the company gatekeeper Receive,
distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed Go the extra mile to engage customers Handle changes in
policies or renewals Resolve customer complaints via phone, email,
mail or social media Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward
as required Open and maintain customer accounts by recording
account information ? Resolve product or service problems by
clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the
problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the
problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to
ensure resolution Prepare product or service reports by collecting
and analyzing customer information Consistently provide excellent
customer service Assist clients by determining needs, scheduling
and/or canceling appointments Provide estimates to customers Data
entry and invoicing Respond to reviews and posts in a timely,
positive and professional manner Update and maintain databases
(i.e. mailing lists, contact lists and client information) Monitor
office supplies and alert office manager when items are needed
Perform work related errands as requested ? Maintain up-to-date
knowledge of company and services/products provided Maintain list
of items to improve company processes and culture and share with
supervisor/owner Qualifications Organization, planning and
prioritization skills Verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving ability Attention to detail Flexibility/reliability
Competent computer skills (including MS Office Suite) ? Education
