Summary:The Release of Information Supervisor has overall
responsibility to ensure that the Client Location objectives,
principals, values, mission and foundation are clearly followed.
The Release of Information Supervisor will ensure operational
activities in the office are strategically organized and focused on
achievement of regional and company-wide cultural and operational
goals. The Release of Information Supervisor will do so with an
emphasis on employee engagement and development, work quality,
operational efficiency, long and short-term planning, and
customer-oriented thinking within a Servant Leadership framework.
The Release of Information Supervisor will work closely with the
Operations Manager, Director of Operations, the Senior Operations
Manager(s) and both the Director and Manager of Sales & Client
Success to achieve these goals.Essential Job
Functions:Organizational LeadershipSet the tone and vision for the
client facilities with respect to the Sharecare Health Data
Services core values of Family, Servant Leadership, Giving Back,

achieve goals and objectives quickly, efficiently and
profitablyEffectively engage support services (HR, IT, Sales, etc.)
to ensure all teams and departments are working togetherSet
parameters and guidelines to measure performance to objectivesSite
Implementation ManagementOversee successful site implementations of
Sharecare Health Data Services, coordinating between field and
remote sitesWork with necessary client and Sharecare Health Data
Services parties to create site specific implementation plansWork
to develop repeatable and consistent implementation practicesTalent
ManagementWork with team in the regular evaluation of staff,
creating and utilizing benchmarks for evaluating and improving work
quality, work quantity, client satisfaction and employee
moraleProvide employees the tools required for successful execution
of their dutiesEnsure appropriate policies and procedures are
followed (dress code, professionalism, etc.)Primary Customer
Service ResponsibilitiesAssist in strengthening existing client
relationsFacilitate the development of new relations on existing
accounts or new accountsQualifications:Bachelor's degree strongly
preferredAt least 3-5 years proven success in supervisor or manager
level roleExtremely team orientedHigh proficiency in Microsoft
products required, Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to work well in
fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while prioritizing and
meeting deadlinesSuperior communication skillsOutstanding customer
service with strong negotiation skillsDetail oriented, with strong
