Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist
(B2B) - West.
Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service and perform operational duties
with professionalism and a customer-centric focus
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, managing the
onboarding process for partners
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to address
customer needs and maximize revenue growth
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a call center or customer experience role
with a sales background
Previous experience developing and managing market channel
relationships
Experience with SFDC (Salesforce.com), Shopify, or similar
platforms
Aesthetic industry experience preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a
fast-paced environment
