A company is looking for a Career Coach/Job Search Strategist
based in St. Louis, MO.
Key Responsibilities
Establishes rapport with employees and motivates them to achieve
goals
Guides employees through the coaching process and milestone
completion
Advises and coaches on career development, transition issues, and
job search strategies
Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy/career
coaching
Currently resides in the US, preferably in MO or IL
Experience with virtual coaching and navigating VISA challenges is
a plus
Proficient with technology and AI knowledge
Master's degree in a relevant field and coaching certification
preferred
