Working at the Call Center in Vista and the San Marcos Clinic in
San Marcos- all triage is on the phones- there is no patient care
in person

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm

caring providers, in an employed, collaborative, outpatient
clinical setting.Qualifications Required:*High School Diploma or
equivalent* Graduate from an accredited California School of
Professional Nursing*Current California State Board RN License, BLS
Certification for Healthcare Provider* Ability to work 40 hours per
week including alternative Saturdays as needed for
coverage.*Bilingual Spanish requiredPosses the ability to work
independently and as a team memberKnowledge of medical terminology,
legal and technical aspects of a medical records system, and ICD-10

salary range for this position. This position is also eligible for
our annual incentive program bonus. If you are hired at TrueCare,
your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined
based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and
experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the
importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our
current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep
in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary
range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be
typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
