TrueCare 14 days ago Regular Clinical Support Great Training and Career Opportunity for those interested in Women's Health and Childbirth!!TrueCare is looking for participants that will engage in a paid training and employment opportunity.The title of the position is "Doula" and a Doula is responsible for providing education and physical, emotional, support to pregnant and postpartum women before, during and after childbirth. This includes support for live birth, miscarriage and stillbirth. Doula care must support the racial, ethnic, linguistic, and cultural diversity of beneficiaries while adhering to evidence-based best practices. Doula services are aimed at preventing perinatal complications and improving health outcomes for birthing parents and infants. Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• HIPAA training completion during the first 90 days of employment (we provide the training).
• Completion of the Training Pathway or Experience Pathway as described by the Department of Health Doula Services manual:
• Electronic Health Records proficiency and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, California Driver's License and a clean driving record- no tickets or accidents.
