Responsibilities:
As a Lot Attendant (Yard Vehicle Porter), you will be tasked with duties, including:
--- Perform physical labor in the yard under all weather conditions
--- Perform basic maintenance on golf carts such as installing batteries, headlights, changing tires, etc.
--- Wash, clean, and detail golf carts and utility vehicles
--- Help load and unload golf carts and utility vehicles for delivery

Qualifications:
--- This candidate must have a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude
--- You would have common knowledge and great communication skills
--- You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible enough to manage changing priorities
--- You must be conscientious, trustworthy, naturally friendly, likable, efficient, hardworking, and you enjoy working with all types of people
--- You stand out as highly professional and someone to count on
--- You would have high integrity and a high-level work ethic, be able to multi-task, be a self-starter, be organized, detailed oriented, and meet deadlines
--- You would be comfortable around an automotive environment, technically inclined and genuinely compassionate to others, and always aware
--- A valid driver's license is required
--- Consistent follow-up and follow-through are absolute requirements of this position
--- Willing to learn new things while following dedicated processes and procedures
--- Requires employees to bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods
--- You would have a "Make it happen" attitude while keeping calm under pressure
