The Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for coordinating and assisting in planning, developing, implementing, and tracking a community engagement plan to expand TrueCare presence. The position is also responsible for working with community partners and other external sources to identify community programs, which meet community engagement objectives, and assist in project management and implementation.Some Key Duties Include:Developing annual community program budgets and operating plan for each programCollaborating with the community to determine community health needs and actively representing TrueCare at community meetings and events to build relationships and seek opportunities to introduce the company to community partners.Identifying partnerships that align with the Strategic plan to enhance TrueCare's presence within the community. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
