Play an active role in helping to solve this global crisis, and join us as we continue to grow.Description of the role:This is a Full-time/40 hours position providing excellent, evidence-based therapy to highly motivated clients located onsite at a large employer partner. In this unique role, you will represent Lyra offering a convenient, accessible therapy service to employees onsite.ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based therapy care to Lyra clients who are looking for help to ameliorate conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc. and promote overall wellbeing and safetyPromote digital mental health resources available to clients through the Lyra platform.Use clinically validated assessment tools (GAD-7, PHQ-9, WHO-5 or CORE-10) to assess clinical risk levels, develop actionable plans, and monitor/evaluate client progressEmploy evidence-based outcome tracking and provide clients feedback, advice, and encouragementConscientious adherence to confidentiality issues and ability to act in compliance with local laws, regulations, and appropriate, industry guidelinesEducate clients on skills, help them set concrete goals, and assist them in problem-solvingCoordinate and communicate effectively with Lyra team members and employer partner key contactsTimely data reporting to Lyra as requestedAssist with Manager/Clinical consultation requestsParticipate in Employer sponsored Mental Health Initiatives (in collaboration with Lyra)Develop and deliver workshops to employees (in collaboration with the employer and Lyra)Participate in quarterly quality assurance reviews to ensure quality care is providedComply with relevant employer policies (such as workplace safety, COVID protocols, etc.)QualificationsMaster's degree in social work from a clinical track, marriage family therapy, or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or universityUnrestricted license in CaliforniaPrevious experience delivering workshops, teaching or public speakingPrevious experience with clinical consultationSkilled in exclusively providing evidence-based treatments (e.G., CBT, DBT, exposure therapy for anxiety disorders)Focus on short-term psychotherapy using outcomes managementEager to learn and develop competencies in delivering new innovative behavior change approaches via technologyDemonstrated multicultural competencies and the ability to operate from individual frame of reference across geographies, diverse groups, and culturesComfort and demonstrated experience with technology tools used to create efficiencies in workflows and track client progressPassionate about mental healthIndependent, open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate, flexible, good humorExcellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)Grounded in cultural humility with a deep commitment to culturally responsive care and DEIBWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
