Center is located on 63 acres in the Texas hill country and is
known nationwide with programming for children and adolescents in a
residential treatment setting. Position Summary: San Marcos
Treatment Center is seeking a Driver to provide transportation for
patients to and from the facility for pre-scheduled appointments;
providing continuous observation, interaction, and role modeling to
the patients while maintaining safety at all times. Primary
Responsibilities Include: Provide transportation for patients to
and from the facility. Report all van maintenance problems to the
Department Director. Communicate and consult with the Department
Director and other staff members regarding patient care issues and
information, as needed. Maintain a clean environment for patients
at all times. Demonstrate responsibility and sound judgment
regarding patient safety. This opportunity provides the following:

Qualifications Position Requirements: Education: High school
graduate or equivalent. Experience: One (1) year of transportation
services experiences preferred. Priority given to applicants with
experience transporting patients. Licensure: Must maintain a valid
as required for transportation of patients. Certifications:
Successful completion of CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention
certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years or older and have a clean
driving record as obtained from the Department of Public Safety.
Must complete training in CPR and CPI - crisis prevention
intervention training. Training may be obtained during 1st week of
employment during new hire orientation. Fully COVID Vaccinated -
