Complimenting FCI product leadership is a world class Flow and
Level Calibration Facility in which all calibrations are performed
in liquids or gases utilizing only N.I.S.T. traceable equipment and
instrumentation. Currently, we are seeking an Assembler E/M 1
Sensor for our Sensor Manufacturing department. This position may
be filled at another level depending upon experience. Position
Purpose Working in the Sensor Manufacturing Department, this
position will be responsible to perform the sensor manufacturing
functions as designated by the supervisor. Essential Job Functions
(primary duties and outputs of position) Follow written or verbal
instruction and referring to drawings or job order notes when
required. Cut and trim wires to length, then joining sensors and
wires together by spot welding. Mix the appropriate potting
compounds in according to specifications. Install sensors into
sensor head assembly, pot sensors and oven cure according to
directions. Test completed sensor assemblies per specifications and
perform job order computer transactions. Safety Follow safe work
practices, participate in safety training as required, and report
any unsafe condition or accident. Quality Employees are responsible
to understand and support the quality policy and the appropriate
elements of the quality management system for their areas of work,
reduce, eliminate, and prevent quality deficiencies including
escapes. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of
nonconformities related to product, process, and quality system.

related to our quality system and processes. Communication
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Maintain effective and constructive working relationships with
others both internally and externally. Education/Work Experience
Requirements 1 or more years of experience working as an
Electro-Mechanical Assembler. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
High degree of manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude and use of
hand tools to perform repetitive tasks. Use test equipment such as
digital multi-meters and Insulation resistance testers. Work under
a microscope. Use soldering iron when required / spot welding.
Requires US citizenship or permanent resident status.
Physical/Travel Requirements This position requires some
administrative and computer work at least 10% of the time. Must
work in sitting position 80% of the time. These duties may be
