Do you have Recruiting experience for the Construction Industry. Then I have the job for you. I have a Direct Hire opportunity in San Carlos, CA. for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner role.

Under the general direction of the Director, HR, and in collaboration with hiring managers and Executive Management leaders in Operations, Business Development, Training and Development, and Administration, this position is generally responsible for executing on R&S's talent acquisition program along parallel paths of Sourcing and Recruiting, and Workforce Planning as a Business Partner.
Business Partnership & Workforce planning
Sourcing and Recruiting is an ongoing tactical process by which an organization identifies and defines open and approved positions, brands the position advertisement for efficient and maximum response, vets and presents best possible candidates, and collaborates with hiring departments, IT, Training and Development, and HR to onboard selected candidates.
Workforce planning is an ongoing strategic process by which an organization ensures its employees' competencies, abilities, skills, and knowledge are aligned both presently and for future organizational needs, goals, and objectives
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for aligning a passive talent pipeline for future needs; continually aligning project and business development guidance with search criteria
Essential Duties
Workforce Planning coordination with corporate executives, regional leaders, and designees
Develop and iterate R&S's sourcing strategy, to include foci on diversity and inclusion initiatives and stay interviews, and to include an annual plan on participating in recruiting and branding events
Source and pipeline passive candidates to align with forecasted competency, ability, skills, knowledge profiles
Source and recruit candidates for open requisitions
Oversee relationship with placement agencies to ensure cost-effectiveness of use and placement fees
Collaborate on recruiting to hiring workflow (including improvements)
Conduct after-action analyses on mis-hires and incorporate lessons into vetting rationale.
Responsible for overseeing R&S's campus recruiting efforts, including cost-benefit analyses and strategizing most effective return on resources per college recruiting event
Responsible for ensuring consistency in job advertisement and position description brand and wording
Responsible for reporting on recruiting and sourcing efforts; data and analyses to be determined in discussion with operations' and administrations' leadership.
Primary internal consultant on interviewing and evaluation guidance for hiring managers
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Three to five years of experience in recruiting at all levels of an organization
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

$85K + commission
