We are currently in search of a full-time Customer Service
Representative for our nation-wide call center in Santa Ana, CA.
This position can be100% remote and flexible schedules are
available (Call center is open Monday-Sunday.)

- Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries
and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly,
professionally, and thoroughly.
- Schedule appointments between customers and our design
- Confirm scheduled appointments.
- Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal
- Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol
pertaining to the call center
- Strong customer service/phone presence.
- Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
- Problem-solving mentality with ability to remain both calm and
positive under pressure.

This is a full-time position and includes:
- Positions start at $14/hr + bonus. (average up to $19/hr)
- Full-time positions include Benefits (Medical+Dental+Vision)
