By adhering to Welk Resort's service standards, the Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator will support Sales & Marketing programs, collaborating with leadership to ensure teams have sufficient resources and coordination assistance. They will act as a liaison to multiple divisions of the company with a primary purpose of supporting operational stability. The Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting operations leadership with the implementation of initiatives and tactics.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Company Consistently follow Company service standards at all times. Follow all Company and department policies and procedures. Attend safety meetings, keep the workplace in safe condition, and work in a safe manner. Adhere to attendance policy and report to workstation at scheduled start time.Department: Assist Sales & Marketing teams by partnering with multiple divisions of the company to maintain operational stability with Business Intelligence tools, compensation reports, logistics, and communication. Assist with requests from production teams for deliverables from Digital CoE, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Finance/Accounting, Payroll, HR, or Legal/Law. Provide Business Intelligence reports to production teams, as needed. Coordinate the review and approval of vendor agreements. Partner with subject matter experts to refine success criteria for initiatives and tactics. Maintain and organize all project dashboards and tools to ensure accuracy in status reporting. Assist with documenting all project activities, coordinating project tasks, and assisting with project launches. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
