About This Role:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for
innovative, creative, proactive and successful talent acquisition
efforts, with an integral focus on technical recruitment, to meet
the evolving global talent acquisition needs of Hunter Industries
and its family of companies.
Demonstrates behavior that is consistent with the company's

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:
Provides full-cycle recruitment for global talent needs.
Utilizes various resources to source qualified candidates and
maintain a strong talent pool using the UltiPro applicant tracking
system (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards,
community organizations, job fairs, colleges and universities,
networking events, and print media.
Develops knowledge of each internal customer group, their talent
needs, and job requirements to effectively target recruitment
efforts in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Guides each
hiring manager through the entire selection process. Ensures a
quality and positive candidate experience.
Ensures recruitment and selection procedures adhere to federal
and state laws.
Completes pre-employment and new hire processes such as
extending offers of employment, conducting reference checks and
verification of employment, as well as criminal background
investigation and drug screening procedures. Partners with the HR
Service Center to ensure new hires are successfully on boarded.
Assists with the internship and apprenticeship programs for
early career talent acquisition.
Represents Hunter in the business and in the general community
to establish strong networking relationships with talent pools
while marketing Hunter's culture and maintaining its reputation as
a leader in the manufacturing industry.
- Leads and facilitates talent acquisition projects such as
License to Hire, career fairs, events and tours.
Other Job Functions:
Performs other related tasks as assigned, some of which may
become essential to the position.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of
Minimum five years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
KSA #1: Strong knowledge of sourcing, recruitment, interviewing,
selection techniques, legal compliance, and records keeping
KSA #2: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface
with all levels of employees and candidates.
KSA #3: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English. Ability to interact with members across the
KSA #4: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, handle
multiple tasks and to work within time lines.
KSA #5: Strong organizational and analytical skills.
KSA #6: Exceptional attention to detail, able to work with
accuracy, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
KSA #7: Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with
ability to use Windows, databases and HRIS. UltiPro ATS experience
KSA #8: Energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious mindset to deliver
KSA #9: Recruitment skills supporting several business units
including Customer Service, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources,
Information Services, Manufacturing Operations, Marketing, Sales,
and Technical Services.
KSA #10: Ability to provide performance consulting to business
leaders and can make strategic recommendations to support the
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50
Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Intermittent
standing to use office machines. Intermittent walking to gain
access to work areas. Ability to climb stairs to gain access to
upper level of the facility.
