Responsible for providing support to Account Executives on
assigned Personal Lines accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversees the renewal process on all upcoming renewal policies
according to agency procedures; * Prepares and submits marketing
submissions for new and renewal business in coordination with the
Producer; * Verifies the accuracy of issues policies, endorsements,
etc.; * Requests policy changes and corrections as needed, and
processes the policy endorsements when received; * Assists Account
Executive as needed with miscellaneous requests on client accounts
including providing general administrative support to Account
Executive and responding to all client inquiries in a timely
manner; * Maintains agency client files according to agency
procedures; * Monitors open items and downloads generated reports
(i.e. binder/open expiration reports and unbilled reports); * Works
on special projects as assigned by Account Executive; * Collection
of fees, reconciliation and resolution of any outstanding balances
within 90 days of invoicing date; * Complies with agency management
system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains
complete and accurate information); * Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
Minimum 2 years related work experience in private client
insurance including client service and marketing
Valid insurance license
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with effective time management
skills and strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Thorough knowledge of all lines of Personal Lines insurance,
especially those products represented through agency (for
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
