Veterinary Specialty Hospital (VSH) is looking for a swing shift
Financial Liaison for our San Marcos location.

We are looking for an energetic people person needed for large
specialty veterinary hospital to communicate financial updates to
clients. Primary duties will include:
- Entering all services into the hospital information
- Preparing updated treatment plans
- Reviewing treatment plans with clients
- Collecting deposits as necessary
- Assist Client Care Specialists with processing payment balances
due on check out.
Ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and
ability to discuss financial obligations with clients. Will
act as a client-pet advocate and update various doctors and
technicians regarding clients financial situation and the clients
goals for the pets treatment. Ease with computer systems and
knowledge of Excel necessary.
In addition to primary duties, the Financial Liaison will work
to develop a reference for charge capture for use as a training
tool and assist hospital supervisors in implementing systems to
increase client awareness of value and reduce unpaid
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic procedures desired,
but not necessary; will train this aspect for an individual with
excellent communication skills. Will participate in the holiday
