landlord/tenant law firms that focuses on landlord-tenant
litigation (commercial, residential, retail, office, industrial),
this includes everything from filing and prosecuting cases against
landlords/property owners and defending landlords/property owners
who are being sued. We also prosecute and defend Unlawful Detainer
actions, and appear at administrative hearings. Last year our
office handled approximately 250 unique bench trials and 99 jury
trials, we filed and were heard on approximately 1000 motions in
2024 alone. A hardworking, clever, friendly and enthusiastic
attorney would be a wonderful addition to our team. Landlord/Tenant
law has become one of the fastest growing legal fields in
California. Cases often require extensive litigation pre-trial,
with many matters requiring post-trial litigation, with a growing
number of jury trials every year. We also handle all of our own
appellate work at both the Appellate Division and the Court of
Appeals resulting in many published opinions and our office having
handled more than 65 appeals. We are looking for an attorney that
has been practicing for a minimum of 10 years with experience as a
trial attorney in civil litigation. Pay will depend on experience,
negotiated minimum hours billed, and value to the firm. Potential
