Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join
their legal team, focusing on public-sector transactions and
technology-related deals.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate complex technology contracts,
including SaaS agreements and public-sector regulations
Provide legal support for public-sector organizations and ensure
contract compliance with corporate policies
Lead strategic projects and collaborate cross-functionally to draft
terms for new products and services
Required Qualifications
12+ years of combined experience in law firm and in-house legal
settings
Law Degree from an accredited institution and an active license to
practice law in the U.S
Extensive experience negotiating complex enterprise and
public-sector contracts
Familiarity with public-sector procurement regulations and SaaS
revenue recognition issues
Experience with data privacy laws and artificial intelligence
contract provisions
