A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case
inception to verdict
Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research
for cases
Prepare and draft legal documents and attend court hearings as
needed
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the
Georgia State Bar
Completion of courses focused on legal research, writing, and
analysis
Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple
tasks
Understanding of the discovery process and case file
organization
Knowledge of legal ethics and professional conduct standards
