Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled
Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract
basis. Based in Encinitas, California, this role requires a
proactive individual to provide technical assistance across
deskside and remote environments. You will play a key role in
troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software,
and network systems while maintaining a high level of service.
Responsibilities: • Deliver prompt and efficient deskside and
remote support for technical issues escalated from the IT Service
Desk. • Manage assigned tasks using a ticketing system, ensuring
all activities and updates are logged thoroughly and on time. •
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests while
effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment. •
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to operating systems,
hardware, software, and network connectivity. • Provide clear
guidance to end-users regarding technology use, departmental
policies, and service agreements. • Monitor and adhere to service
level metrics, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. •
Assist with equipment setup and removal during employee onboarding
and offboarding processes. • Support projects across multiple
locations and escalate complex cases as necessary. • Collaborate on
desktop imaging and system configuration to maintain hardware and
software functionality. • Utilize tools such as Active Directory
and Microsoft Intune to ensure seamless user and device
management.• Proficiency in PC desktop and workstation support. •
Hands-on experience with Active Directory for user and resource
management. • Strong knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting
and maintenance. • Expertise in desktop imaging and configuration
processes. • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems,
including Windows 10 and Windows 11. • Skilled in using Microsoft
Teams and Office 365 applications. • Experience with Intune for
device management and security. • Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced, multitasking environment.
