• Design and implement state-of-the-art rule-based and model-based behavior planning and motion planning algorithms for autonomous driving systems, including urban driving, highway driving, unstructured areas, and parking.
• Test, debug, optimize, and ensure the systems meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on hardware/software integration.Job Requirements:

• MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields, with 3-5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of optimization and mathematics.
• Proficiency in programming with C/C++.
• Experience developing autonomous driving stack algorithms, such as prediction, planning, and parking.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of non-linear and quadratic optimization theories.
  • Background in autonomous driving and machine learning is highly preferred.
  • Experience in training and developing model-based perception and planning modules.
  • Proficiency in Python is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced business iterations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.What We Offer:
