Job Description:

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support the Finance team in managing payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities

Review timesheet entries for accuracy and report errors prior to payroll input
Input global payroll data and adjustments for hourly and salaried employees
Generate and distribute monthly forms for invoice payment processing

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
Progress towards or completion of Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Experience with US payroll, ADP WorkForceNow, and TriNet is considered an asset
Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality
