A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce
planning and organizational design
Lead organizational change initiatives and foster adaptability
within the business
Utilize data-driven insights to enhance employee experience and
drive business performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's is a plus
5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years
in an HRBP role
Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
Experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural
transformation
Knowledge of HR best practices and emerging trends
