We'd love to hear from you Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for completing all aspects of full-cycle strategic talent acquisition processes for clinical positions including sourcing, attracting, screening and guiding the selection process. The Recruiter will also perform the administrative functions associated with the recruitment process. Qualifications --- Build relationships with candidates to gain a deeper understanding of motivation and interests, to determine potential fit within the organization, and to create long-term pipeline opportunities --- Possess advance knowledge of the candidate market across the spectrum of assigned positions and throughout the system to best advise Hiring Managers and leadership teams in hiring decisions --- Utilization of social media sites including LinkedIn, Indeed, Doximity, etc. for networking and recruitment activities --- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership at all levels --- Ability to think strategically and pro-actively to develop strategies that will solve or mitigate problems before they occur --- Knowledge of and ability to maintain recruiting processes --- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills --- Ability to work independently, as well as working in a team environment that is very collaborative --- Responsive service excellence orientation with a "can do" attitude --- Ability to prioritize and manage projects/recruitment priorities simultaneously --- Ability to develop solid relationships with administrative teams and physicians and understand the unique dynamics and personalities of various markets, specialties and practice environments --- Ability to negotiate successful contracts and lead interdisciplinary teams through process --- Knowledge of provider workforce planning --- Ability to work effectively through influence vs. authority --- Exceptional written and spoken communications skills including interpersonal, relationship building, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills --- Intermediate computer skills, i.e., able to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). --- The position does not supervise other employees, but does rely on others for successful outcomes --- 4-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience - Medical Provider Recruitment is preferred. --- Ability to build strategic recruitment plans and sourcing strategy plans, clarify required job skills and competencies with leadership --- Demonstrated experience reviewing resumes against job requirements, interviewing candidates against qualifications, and presenting recommendations to leadership --- Working knowledge of applicable human resources policies and procedures and California employment aw, including Americans with Disabilities Act and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity. Responsibilities --- Develops and implements sourcing strategies for attracting highly scarce and passive talent --- Identifies and sources providers that will gain a sustainable competitive advantage --- Also includes building successful relationships with internal and external prospects /candidates --- Responsible for all provider recruitment functions including consulting and implementing the sourcing and recruitment services that favorably impact our business objectives, outreach, site visits, conference attendance, reference checking and building relationships with all provider candidates --- This individual will deliver high quality service to both internal and external customers --- In addition, responsibilities also include developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, group administrators and service area and regional leadership teams --- Requires building strong collaborative working relationships with executive leadership, physician compensation, benefits, strategic business partners, organizational and functional leaders across the system and in each region --- Communicates in a proactive, effective and timely manner with stakeholders across the organization --- The ability to understand timelines and deliverable from these functions is critical to ensuring that the process and communication between the teams, hiring managers, and the provider is seamless --- Lead provider hiring business strategies through the development, coordination and delivery of highly sought-after provider talent by understanding the strategic needs of the organization, and the competencies required for success --- Work with service line(s) to do job intake, define job skills and competencies, align expectations and competencies --- Serve as a talent business consultant to help develop and facilitate internal and external relationships with key functional experts and all level of executive leadership and across the organization --- Manage recruitment of complex positions such as advance practice nursing, physician assistant, all levels of physicians, allied staff, leadership, or hard-to-fill requisitions --- Negotiate and extend offers in cooperation with provider compensation and executives --- Work with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to collaboratively identify solutions to problems that arise in all stages of the recruitment and on-boarding process --- Act as the provider recruitment subject matter expert and consults with providers and leaders for relevant information that are critical to practice start up activities --- Establishes strong relationships, building trust, open and confidential communication, collaboration, and insight TrueCare requires employees to be fully vaccinated and boostered as a condition of employment, subject to accommodation obligations.
