instrumentation. Currently, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition HR
Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate

Purpose:Responsible for full cycle recruitment including: sourcing,
screening, and assisting managers in the selection process. This
high visibility position works closely with Hiring Managers and is
an integral member of the Human Resources team. to understand and
support the recruitment needs of the business to proactively
identify solutions to meet those needs. The role will recruit for
technical and non-technical positions across all levels. This
position will also offer the ability to cross-train and obtain HR
Generalist experience. Essential Job Functions (primary duties and
outputs of position)
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, attracting and hiring top
quality candidates, using smart and cost-effective sourcing
solutions.
- Proactively collaborates with hiring managers to identify
recruitment needs, job competencies and skill gaps.
- Proactively thinks about needs and dynamics to match candidates
to roles that best fit their skillset.
- Attends relevant events including job fairs, seminars, and
local networking events to promote recruitment efforts and
employment opportunities.
- Responsible for performing the administrative functions of the
recruitment process including recruiting metrics, job postings,
timely communication with candidates, requisition management, and
applicant paperwork.
- Oversees and refines the candidate experience throughout the
selection process including offer acceptance and new hire
on-boarding.
- Maintains strict confidentiality for all sensitive
information.
- Proactively utilizes Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track
progress of applicants and maintain candidate experience
expectations.
- Sets high recruitment standards, always taking into
consideration compliance, quality of hire and organizational fit.
Safety
- Follow safe work practices, participate in safety training as
required, and report any unsafe condition or accident.Quality
- Employees are responsible to understand and support the quality
policy and the appropriate elements of the quality management
system for their areas of work, reduce, eliminate, and prevent
quality deficiencies including escapes.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities
related to product, process, and quality system.

others both internally and externally.Education/Work Experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 or more years' experience with talent
acquisition.
- Minimum of 1 or more experience with full cycle
recruitment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships
with colleagues throughout the organization.
- Ability to lead hiring managers through the recruiting
process.
- Ability to work across various levels of the organization while
building trust and fostering collaboration.
- Ability to deliver timely results while effectively managing
multiple projects and deadlines.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail and
accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state statutes related to recruiting,
employment, equal opportunity and diversity employment goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applicant
tracking software. Intermediate capability with Excel to include
creation of metrics reports containing formulas and graphs.
- Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent
training and experience preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
