Job Description Job Description Where you'll be working: Location(s): Riverside, CA Setting: Clinic-based Population Served: Children 2 - 18 Hours: Full-time - Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00 OR Part-time - Monday-Friday from 4:30-7:30 pm What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Provide high-quality ABA services in a center-based early intervention program Support a typical caseload of 6–8 clients (12 maximum) Collaborate closely with a strong clinical team including 4 BCBAs and mid-level RBT/BT supervisors Contribute to program development, supervision, and staff training Work within a clinic culture focused on safety, collaboration, and staff support Join a low-turnover, positive environment for both clients and employees Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter): Caseload size: 6-8 clients (12 maximum) Billable hour expectations: 30 hours per week (on average) Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary: $85-90K Bonus structure: Sign on bonus PTO: 15 days Health benefits: 5 sick days If it’s listed here, it’s real. ?
