Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A full-time occupational therapy opportunity is available at an elementary school in San Diego, CA, for a dedicated professional to support students from February 2nd through June 4th (end of the school year). This on-site contract position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with 7.5 hours per day, providing a stable and engaging work environment within one school location. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of elementary-aged students Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective therapy plans Work alongside an existing full-time OT and benefit from COTA support on site Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress tracking Ensure all documentation meets state and federal guidelines Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings Ability to work full-time on-site, with no remote options available Proven skills in pediatric occupational therapy, particularly within elementary education Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams This role does not offer remote work or the option to provide services via COTA support alone.
