Senior Clinical Informaticist and help transform how we deliver

Your Role & Impact As Senior Clinical Informaticist, you’ll serve
as a strategic liaison between informatics and clinical/business
teams, translating clinical needs into effective EHR solutions.
You’ll lead design, build, testing, and optimization of clinical
applications, mentor analysts, and drive high-impact projects that
enhance workflows and improve patient outcomes. What We’re Looking
For - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Informatics,
Computer Science or related field - EPIC Certification - 6–8 years
of healthcare experience directly supporting an EHR application -
Experience with EHR implementation and/or version upgrades - Strong
understanding of healthcare delivery workflows and project
management methodology - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and
web conferencing tools - Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and clinical
learning methodologies - Familiarity with data analysis tools such
as MS Office, Visio, and simulation software - Must be within a
reasonable commute to San Marcos, CA - Bonus: Master’s degree in
Healthcare or Informatics, RN or RT license, direct patient care
experience, project management experience, valid CA driver’s

The pay range for this role is $102,000 - $158,000 on an annual
basis. Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary
will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge,
skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in
