• We are a fully-accredited Patient-Centered Medical HomeRequirements for Lead Provider Include:
  • Active and Clear California Medical License
  • Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Completion of Accredited Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • At Least 2 Years of Clinical Practice Experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a Plus
  • Peer Review, Quality, and Patient Satisfaction Activities
  • Evaluation, Guidance and Education of other Providers and Medical Support Staff TrueCare Primary Care Centers offer several health care services for adults, including:
    • Chronic Disease Management
    • Immunizations
    • Cardiovascular (heart) conditions
    • Integrated behavioral health services

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
