Practice Provider - San Marcos Adults Clinic

San Marcos? TrueCare's Older Adult Health Center offers
personalized care for seniors with complex health needs!! Patients
will enjoy longer appointments in a senior-friendly setting with
on-site family medicine, chiropractic, podiatry, and medication
management services.Position Summary Under the direction of the
Physician Supervisor, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician
Assistant, provides health care services to patients who may have
acute episodic conditions or chronic problems, as well as those
seeking health evaluation, preventive care and/or education and
counseling. The Nurse Practitioner also works closely with the
Adults Health Center/Clinic Manager to ensure comprehensive
delivery of services and quality patient care.This clinic is
dedicated to the population of 50 years old+ Job Requirements

keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary
range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be
typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
