Our innovative surgery department is seeking a surgery liaison
-to coordinate surgery patients for appointments and surgery. Our
board certified surgeons and experienced surgery technicians
perform advanced procedures including minimally invasive and
interventional radiology procedures. Expand your

the Job: -As the Surgery Liaison -in the Surgery department -you
will be responsible for:
- Provide outstanding client communication/education during new
consult and recheck appointments and over the phone.
- Collect medical history and work with the Surgeon to perform
consultations and rechecks.
- Assist -the surgeon/surgical interns with patient restraint for
bandage changes, suture removal/incision checks, and exams.
- Understand and present -patient treatment plans.
- Oversee appointment schedule and ensure scheduling
accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule surgeries with ancillary services for
surgery patients as necessary
- Facilitate -the timely processing of RDVM communications at the
end of the appointment schedule (i.e. surgery reports, referral
letters, histopath results, etc.)
- Perform follow up calls after the appointment and ensure timely
communication regarding next steps for each patient.Shifts: -4 --
10's, 7:30 am - 6:00 pmAbout You:
- Minimum of one to two years progressive veterinary experience
strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative
environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with
colleagues, clients, and community is required.
- Detail oriented with good organizational, communication and
time management skills

this role depends on skillset, experience, licensure and typically
falls between $17.64 to $19.60 .Benefits:
