Compliance Analyst- Community Clinic- Federally Qualified Health CenterMonday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pmPosition SummaryThe Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity. This position adheres to record retention policies, which entails the safeguard of information, retrieval of data in a safe and effective manner. Fast paced and deadline driven environment. It requires the ability to stay focused and carry out tasks in a timely and accurate manner. An eye for detail and accuracy while researching, updating, saving new and purging outdated records.Essential Functions

  • Manage and update Clinical and Administrative Policies and Protocols; and other corporate documents, utilizing a document management system and recommend revisions to forms, procedures, and practices to ensure Compliance.
  • Coordinates changes, updates, edits and creation of new documents. Identify areas of risk and provide recommendation for streamlining procedures and remediation.
  • Monitor the distribution and reconciliation of process or reference documents, providing feedback on monitoring results, identify areas for improvement and communicate to respective lead and Compliance Officer.
  • Assist with drafting and/or editing Clinical and Administrative Policies; Protocols and other corporate documents, Creation of new documents.
  • Scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures.
  • Archive inactive documents that are no longer relevant to current business or operational practices.
  • Train Leadership on document management processes and procedures, which may include document, retention, retrieval, and archival. Create tools, resources and training guides for document owners. Configure PolicyTech accounts, administer policies for new hire orientation, training and technical support.
  • Onsite PolicyTech administrator and expert, PolicyTech Super User.
  • Serve as document control for departments and participant in internal audits.
  • Identify Risk/Compliance Issues and develop risk management strategies and processes.
  • Monitors license applications, existing registration, renewals, and licensing requirements in accordance with the company, state and federal regulations.
  • Respond to internal request, research historical references and serve as back-up for contract review.
  • Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and complete required compliance documentation.Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Two (2) to Four (4) years of relevant professional experience in Compliance-identification, prevention, monitoring and detection.
      • A minimum of two (2) years professional experience assessing and documenting the current state of compliance oversight, management and related risks.
      • Experience with government regulations - proactively searching for up to date rules and regulations.
      • Experience analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation.
      • Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and work independently.
      • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
      • Must be computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products.
      • Experience with document control software.Nice to Have
        • Associates' degree in related field.
        • Experience with PolicyTech, or other document management software preferred.
