We'd love to hear from you!Position Summary:The LVN is responsible for delivering patient-centered services in accordance with the NCHS policies, procedures and standards. This includes providing nurse triage services and health advice, performing routine office procedures and testing, and participating in patient education.Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical/Vocational Nursing.
• At least two (2) years--- clinical nursing experience in an outpatient care setting.
• Availability to work a variable schedule, extended hours and/or Saturday shifts.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word.Sign on bonus of $750 sign on bonus(half to be paid on first pay check and the other half to be paid after 6 month satisfactory performance score of 3.0 or above).
