A company is looking for a Director of Operational Finance and
Investment Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of analysts for company-wide financial
planning and performance management
Drive strategic business reviews and partner with functional
leaders to provide insights and align on decisions
Own core planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts
aligned with company priorities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including
3+ years in leadership roles
Expertise in managing financial planning for headcount, operating
expenses, and cost of revenue
Strong strategic finance acumen with the ability to translate
analysis into actionable strategies
Advanced skills in financial modeling and experience with Adaptive
Planning
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence
decision-making across functions
