Job Description:
A company is looking for a North America Export Manager to lead
the US Export program and ensure compliance with export
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures for
export activities
Oversee export registrations, permits, and licenses, ensuring
accuracy in filings
Conduct compliance reviews and audits to assess performance and
mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least seven years of
compliance export experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. Global Trade Regulations and Export
Administrative Regulations (EAR)
In-depth knowledge of USMCA and TAA/BABA
Thorough understanding of global Due Diligence regulations
Working knowledge of SAP/GTS
