TrueCare 21 days ago Regular Administration $70,500.00 To 103,000.00 AnnuallyIf you are an Accounting Manager with FQHC work experience- We would like to talk to you!!Established in 1971, our community clinics serve the underserved populations of North County San Diego and Riverside County!This opportunity is located in our corporate offices in San Marcos - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm We are looking for a candidate with 3 years minimum of management experience to lead a team of 8 employees in Accounts Payables, Receivables and general accounting. Strong work experience 7-10 years in accounting - (preferably in non profit, healthcare and/or FQHC) to mentor and grow the team! Audit the work and find opportunities for improving efficiencies. Position Summary:Reporting to Director of Finance and responsible for general accounting functions, including general ledger, month end reconciliations, close and financial preparation, cash management, and oversight of accounts payables. Management of 8 staff members in the department. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting is required
• 7-10 years of work experience in senior level accounting setting
• 3 years' experience managing an accounting team.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost analysis- in accordance with GAAP
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel
• Great Plains experience preferred.
