Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Production Manager, you will be tasked with managing production and repair services from start to finish. -This includes:
--- creating a plan to accomplish all aspects of the repairs required on a timely basis and to meet deadlines
--- ordering parts as necessary
--- handling damage claims on cars from the vendors
--- checking the quality of repairs that have been made to make sure they are at or exceed Company standards
--- ensuring the customer is satisfied with the finished product.

Qualifications:
Our Commercial Production Manager is responsible for ensuring a World-Class customer experience by exceeding customer expectations. -The ideal candidate would have strong project management skills and quality control experience. -Managing the build-out of cars through a team of specialists from beginning to end ensuring all details -are met and offering alternative options and solutions when necessary. -Working with vendors on status updates and keeping the sales department apprised every step of the way. -Our perfect candidate is always willing to learn new things while following dedicated processes and procedures to achieve or exceed goals. -You would be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer programs and mobile phone applications. -You would be experienced in handling several projects at a time with a track record of success, and the ability to change course as required.

You would need to be able to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects with ease and accuracy as well as be able to speak with a variety of people or positions with different skill sets and backgrounds. -
