Continuing Education Reimbursement Hours that support life balance: 8 am to 5 pm Monday - FridayFocus on quality and collaborative care supported by a great team culture Job Overview Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, and in collaboration with Medical Staff Leadership, The Women's Health Clinical Director is charged with setting the agenda for clinical practice development, professional training, quality improvement programming and reporting as well as business administrative leadership duties - these include close collaboration with the CMO, COO, and the Clinical Director's respective Directors of Operations, Lead Clinicians and Health Center Managers to ensure the provision of effective quality medical service to the patients of the Health center. The Clinical Director is responsible for assuring clinical procedures are continually and systematically followed in practice to assure optimal performance in achieving patient safety as recipient of clinical care, adherence to accepted standards of care, vigilance over risk management practices, satisfactory clinical outcomes and continuous quality improvement.
