their craft to join the team. SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Manager
leads the talent acquisition function for the organization,
crafting both our strategy and process for recruiting across
departments and locations. This role is responsible for developing,
implementing, and continually improving our talent acquisition
strategies, processes, and tools to support the organizations
growth objectives and needs while also delivering a positive
candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a
hands-on role, directly involved in leading searches in addition to
providing managerial support to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine our recruiting processes,
providing clarity regarding roles & responsibilities and with a
focus on both quality and speed
- Perform full-cycle recruitment for designated roles across the
organization, including posting positions, partnering with hiring
managers to develop a recruitment strategy, sourcing and screening
candidates, facilitating recruiting process and aiding in the
selection and offer stages
- Identify ways to engage candidates for a positive experience
throughout the process, leaving them a fan even when not
selected
- Develop tools and resources to build capabilities of hiring
managers and selection teams that link to key capabilities and
values for the role and organization
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to ensure
business requirements are clearly understood and met
- Build relationships with outside partners to support our
efforts; negotiate and finalize vendor contracts and manage ongoing
effectiveness of these relationships
- Lead, coach and develop Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner as well
as collaborate with full People Team to meet collective goals
- Manage organizational recruiting budget, identifying effective
sourcing solutions for supporting our staffing needs
- Leverage data to analyze opportunities for refinement of our
recruiting process as well as areas in which additional resources
or support may be needed
- Own our recruiting and applicant tracking system, leveraging
its capabilities to maximize our talent acquisition process for
both hiring managers and candidates
- Partner with marketing and leadership to identify, articulate
and bring to life our employer brand proposition in our external
communicationsRequired Experience:Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably
leading in-house recruiting efforts within an organization
- Experience managing searches for a variety of non-exempt and
exempt positions across multiple functions and geographies
preferred
- Knowledge, expertise, and creativity in developed targeted
sourcing strategies
- Knowledge and expertise in recruiting analytics and
implementing recruiting metrics
- Excellent negotiation, written and oral communication
skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well,
learn from and listen to diverse perspectives; develops strong
networks by cultivating relationships internally and
externally
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands and organize
time and resources to deliver result
- Demonstrated analytical skills and solid decision-making
capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations with
sound judgment and recommendations
- Knowledgeable in employment law as it relates to the talent
acquisition process
- Understanding of HRIS systems and tools; experience with
Paylocity a plus
- Periodic travel to Stone Brewing locationsCompensation,

- Annual Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000
- Annual Bonus Plan: 5% of Annual Salary
