The Maids is a top employer, and is looking for a Field Manager to actively contribute to The Maids' customer growth, employee retention, and the deliverance of a quality customer experience If you---re looking for more than just a job, apply today What the Field Manager at The Maids will be doing: Plan and conduct new employee orientation, benefit explanation, and safety training Lead training of The Maids 22-Step Cleaning System Maintain The Maids standard of quality through quality assurance inspections and training Manage the customer relationship including the resolution of customer grievances and conflicts Conduct in-home quotes for service Prepare monthly supply and equipment inventory reports Manage the inspection and maintenance of vehicles and other equipment Responsible for the daily preparation of Team Leader notebooks Assist Operations Manager in determining staffing requirements and recruiting efforts Provide additional home services as needed You may be our Ideal Candidate if you have: Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing Superior customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of business and management principles involving leadership and coordination of people and resources Experience with computers and the ability to operate office equipment High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associates degree and/or related on-the-job experience preferred Valid driver---s license Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated supervisory potential preferred Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous but not required We treat all team members with the highest level of respect and trust, providing each of our employees with--- Competitive wages and benefits Hands-on field training at all levels Fun, friendly team environment Transportation provided from our office location to each customer's and prospective customer---s homes We are committed to the safety of our staff and have modified some operational processes to reduce risk of exposure to COVID-19.
