Job Description:

The Director, Sales Strategy & Enablement is responsible for championing Caliber's future-state go-to-market sales strategy - supporting not only Collision but all emerging LOBs (auto care, glass and ProTech). This position will refine strategy and be responsible for driving cross-functional enrollment and execution of key initiatives. The position will leverage in-depth operational, sales, strategic and project management expertise to achieve the desired outcome.--

  • Envision and deliver Caliber's future-state go-to-market strategy - creating scale-able solutions that allow the company to double in size every 3-5 years
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing strategy, KPI's and detailed workplans to consistently achieve a high level of performance with multiple strategic pilots.
  • Envision and enroll cross-functional team to deliver "standard work" solutions (e.g. Fleet DRP) that allow Caliber generate material revenue streams amongst carrier and emerging customer segments (e.g. fleets, OE's)
  • Be a "change agent" for LOB EVPs/Presidents by consistently bringing viable growth opportunities to the table - delivering results via blend of strategic, operational, sales and lean capabilities
  • Identify and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time (and on-budget) required back office solutions needed for Fleet customers (e.g. credit, central bill)
  • Identify and lead cross-functional teams to configure and launch a sales-focused CRM solution that supports all lines of business - including lead generation, qualification and other KPIs.--
  • Work with internal/external consultants to develop sales playbooks supporting growth of collision, glass, scanning/calibration and mechanical business lines.
  • Lead quarterly status meetings, champion project management of Fleet Caliber of Tomorrow project, develop relevant KPI's to monitor progress, elevate issues and deliver desired results
  • Other duties as assigned, but not limited to the above Skill/Requirements
    • 10+ years in progressive strategy, operations, sales and business development roles (P&L management, Program Management/Business Process, Business Transformation)
    • Strong analytic mindset, ability to structure work and handle ambiguous data/situations
    • Able to effectively listen and quickly understand stated/unstated needs of internal/external stakeholders and use this insight to shape/champion winning strategies
    • Proven influence skills - executive presence, courage and self-awareness to influence matrixed stakeholders at all levels (internal/external executives and front-line team) throughout the organization
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills - able to coordinate multiple, complex initiatives, with strong organization skills needed to drive results and maximize value
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to build report with executives inside and outside of company, establish a compelling vision, enroll others and keep stakeholder properly informed
    • Self-starter who can make progress in fast-moving, vague environments
    • Comfortable in a high growth and pace atmosphere
    • MBA or other certifications a plus (but not required)
