Job Description Job Description Essel is looking for a motivated
and skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this
role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to
civil engineering project design and development. You will engage
in site assessments, prepare engineering calculations, and create
detailed design drawings to support a wide range of projects. Your
primary focus will be on delivering innovative and sustainable
solutions while collaborating closely with project managers and
other engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a
strong foundation in civil engineering principles and a commitment
to high-quality work. Requirements The selected candidate will have
the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil
Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineering (PE)
license or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe. A
minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil design, preferably in
land development, transportation, or municipal projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software. Strong
analytical skills and the ability to solve complex engineering
problems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team player with a proactive approach to work. Ability to manage
