Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics Engineering to
shape their data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Analytics Engineers to build a
scalable and reliable data foundation
Own the evolution of data warehouse architecture and analytics
workflows to deliver intuitive dashboards and self-serve tools
Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics, ensure data
integrity, and improve usability of core data models
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering or
related data roles
Demonstrated strategic leadership experience in managing
high-performing analytics engineering teams
Strong experience in SQL, Python, data modeling, and ETL/ELT
processes
Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Snowflake, and
Tableau
Proven track record of building and scaling data foundations and
documentation standards
