Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cost Accountant to manage operational
costs and contribute to financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track operational costs to identify trends and areas
for improvement
Manage the invoicing process with co-manufacturers and support
budget and forecast activities
Analyze general ledger variances and assist with ad hoc projects as
needed
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of progressive accounting experience at a CPG
manufacturing company
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with NetSuite
Knowledge of GAAP and its implications
BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, or other analytical field
preferred
CPA or CMA certification is a plus
