YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF...Business development in the ITS industry and applying your technical expertise to projects.YOU MAY BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE...Been successful in the Southern California market as a practice builder in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (consulting services) industryBachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation EngineeringProfessional Engineer license (PE) of CA - preferred, not requiredExtensive client contacts and relationships with the ITS industryPassion for managing and mentoring staff and resources in a positive, collaborative environmentPartnered with the team to contribute to the success of the business10+ years of experience successfully leading Southern California Transportation project pursuits, bringing your success in business development in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (consulting services) industry, including client engagement, marketing while contributing to the growth of the ITS practice in Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego, and surrounding marketsI have been part of additional activities, including managing the design and delivery of projects profitably while being actively involved in design issues, partnership with fellow Practice Builders, client engagement, and project oversight.With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of performance-based bonus incentives and growth limited only by your imagination.#LI-DNIREMOTE STRATEGYGTS's flexible workplace model empowers all teammates to fulfill our mission to serve our clients!
